Terms & Conditions

1. Package purchase is limited to one treatment package per body part, per customer.
2. All packages bought at Strip are to be consumed only at Strip outlets located in Singapore, and is not transferable to any other brands established by Strip or any of its related corporation
3. All package purchases (whether paid upfront or in instalments) are subject to a cooling off period of five working days (exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) starting from the beginning of the validity period. A full refund will be provided for any change of mind during this period, upon written request to Strip, provided that no part of the package has been used.
4. For the avoidance of doubt, any refund requests submitted after the Cooling Off Period, or after the Package or Products or any part thereof has been consumed or utilised, will strictly not be accepted.

Package Validity:
The validity period assigned to any Package is final and cannot be altered. Requests for extensions will not be entertained.
– 5 session packages have a 12 month validity period.
– 10 session packages have a 18 month validity period.

Utilisation of Package:
Off-peak packages are only applicable for treatment sessions booked within the designated Sunday – Thursday, 10am – 6pm timeslots.
If the appointment extends beyond these timeslots, the treatment cannot be utilised from an Off-Peak package.
