1. Effective Date and Eligibility

1.1 This guarantee ("the Guarantee") applies only to AFT body treatment packages purchased on or after 1 September 2026. Packages purchased prior to this date are not eligible, regardless of when treatment sessions are subsequently completed.

1.2 The Guarantee is available exclusively to customers assessed as having Fitzpatrick skin type I, II, or III, with dark hair (black or dark brown), as determined by a Strip therapist during a mandatory pre-treatment consultation.

1.3 The Guarantee applies to AFT body treatments only and does not extend to facial treatments, or any other hair removal modality offered by Strip.

1.4 Eligibility under this Guarantee must be confirmed via the sign off of the STRIP AFT Results Guarantee Promotion Terms & Conditions in store prior to commencement of the package. Strip reserves the right to decline eligibility where skin type or hair colour assessment does not meet the criteria in Clauses 1.2–1.3.

2. Treatment Protocol Requirements

2.1 To remain eligible under this Guarantee, customers must complete a full package of 6 AFT sessions.

2.2 Each session must be scheduled and completed at an interval of 5 to 6 weeks from the preceding session, in accordance with the natural hair growth cycle. 

2.3 Sessions completed outside the 5–6 week interval (whether earlier or later than the prescribed window), incomplete cycles, or packages abandoned before the 6th session, are not covered under this Guarantee. 

2.4 Strip reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to operational reasons; such rescheduling will not affect the customer's eligibility provided the customer completes the session within a reasonable extension of the original interval, as communicated by Strip at the time. 

3. Definition of Results

3.1 "70–80% hair reduction" refers to a reduction in hair density or thickness, as visually assessed by a Strip therapist, comparing pre-treatment and post-treatment (6th session) conditions. 

3.2 Hair reduction outcomes are assessed at the treated area(s) specified at the commencement of the package and do not apply to areas not included in the original treatment plan. 

3.3 Results, once achieved, are expected to last for up to 12 months from the date of the final (6th) session, without additional maintenance treatment. This duration may vary by individual based on hormonal, genetic, and lifestyle factors. 

4. Remedy Under This Guarantee 

4.1 If, upon completion of all 6 sessions in accordance with the schedule set out in Clause 2, the customer does not achieve the 70–80% hair reduction defined in Clause 3, Strip will provide a supplementary package of 3 additional AFT sessions at no additional cost. 

4.2 The remedy under Clause 4.1 is subject to an in-person consultation and verification assessment by a Strip therapist, to confirm that the treatment protocol was followed as prescribed and that results genuinely fall short of the guaranteed range. 

4.3 This Guarantee does not entitle the customer to a cash refund, credit, or any remedy other than the supplementary sessions described in Clause 4.1. 

4.4 Claims under this Guarantee must be raised within 45 days of the completion of the 6th session. Claims raised after this period will not be honoured. 

5. Exclusions 

5.1 This Guarantee does not apply to customers with:
(a) Light, blonde, red, grey, or white hair; or
(b) Fitzpatrick skin types IV, V, or VI. Customers in these categories will be advised of a suitable, individualised treatment protocol at consultation, which may require a different number of sessions and is not covered by the terms of this Guarantee. 

5.2 This Guarantee is void if:
(a) The customer fails to disclose relevant medical history, medication use, or hormonal conditions that may affect treatment efficacy;
(b) The customer does not comply with pre- and post-treatment care instructions provided by Strip;
(c) Sessions are completed at a different service provider or under a different treatment modality during the guarantee period;
(d) Results are affected by factors outside AFT treatment, including but not limited to hormonal changes, pregnancy, certain medications, or other medical conditions arising after treatment commencement.

6. General

6.1 Strip reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Guarantee at any time, provided that such changes do not affect customers who have already commenced a package under the terms in effect at the time of purchase. 

6.2 Individual results may vary. This Guarantee reflects average clinical outcomes and does not constitute a guarantee of specific individual results beyond the defined remedy in Clause 4. 

6.3 This Guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the package. 

6.4 In the event of any dispute regarding eligibility or fulfilment of this Guarantee, the decision of Strip's management team, based on therapist assessment and documented treatment records, shall be final. 

6.5 This Guarantee is governed by the laws of Singapore.
