Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Policy

We offer free delivery with no minimum spend. Currently, we only ship across Singapore.

Our standard delivery window is 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, and you will be notified in advance of your delivery. During peak periods, please expect delays of up to 7-10 working days.

If you need to update your delivery address please contact us at
customercare@strip.com.sg as soon as possible after you have placed your order and we'll do our best to accommodate. If your order has already been dispatched, no changes to delivery location can be made.

When orders are dispatched, you will receive an email with a link and tracking number to track your delivery. In the event of unforeseen delays, we will endeavour to contact you prior to your delivery and make every effort to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please take a photo of the damages and email to
customercare@strip.com.sg as soon as possible, we will then advise on the next course of action.

Failed Delivery

If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will automatically arrange a second delivery attempt at no additional cost. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your order will be automatically cancelled, and the item(s) will be returned to our warehouse. If your order is cancelled, store credit of the total order amount less shipping fee will be issued.

If the failed delivery was caused by an error on our part or our courier partner, we will cover the cost of re-delivery.
