1. GENERAL GIVEAWAY ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

1.1 By submitting an entry, it automatically means you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions.

1.2 This contest is only open to participants above the age of 18 years with a permanent residential address in Singapore.

1.3 Participant’s entries for the contest are unlimited. However, contest entries will be disqualified if profiles are determined to be private, fake or a spambot.

1.4 Entries submission is based on Singapore time, UTC +08:00. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the deadline at any time without prior notice. All entries received thereafter will automatically be disqualified.

1.5 By submitting an entry, the entrant is hereby agreeable to grant Strip any permission to feature the content or images of the contest entry in any publication (worldwide), on any digital platform, and/or on any promotional materials for Strip.

1.6 By submitting an entry, the entrant consents to receive marketing materials from Strip.

2. GIVEAWAY WINNERS CRITERIA

2.1 The winner(s) will be chosen from the entries received in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. All decisions made are final and non-negotiable.

2.2 FIVE (5) WINNERS will be chosen to win a $100 Strip voucher. The voucher is redeemable at any Strip outlet and can be used on any purchase in-store. The voucher is valid for a one-time redemption only (no splitting of voucher allowed). The voucher is not exchangeable for cash and the original voucher must be presented in-stores.

2.3 Winners will only be announced at the organiser’s sole and absolute discretion. Winners will be announced via Instagram Direct Message and all information gathered will be used to verify the winners’ eligibility and will remain private.

2.4 If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within five (5) working days, the prize or prize notification will be invalid and the winner will forfeit all rights to any prize. All decisions made by Strip are deemed final and binding, and Strip bears the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.

2.5 STRIP RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY THE WINNER AFTER THE ANNOUNCEMENT DUE TO THE INELIGIBILITY OF THE WINNER. Strip reserves the right to reject any entries which we, in our sole and absolute discretion, deem offensive, violative of law, or unsuitable in any other manner. Strip is not required to provide any explanation for the rejection.

2.6 STRIP RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SELECT ADDITIONAL WINNERS AT OUR SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION AND IS NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE ANY EXPLANATION.

3. WINNERS PRIZE REDEMPTION

3.1 ALL WINNERS MUST PROVIDE THEIR FULL NAME, MOBILE NUMBER, AND E-MAIL ADDRESS TO THE OUTLET IN ORDER TO CLAIM THE PRIZES. FAILING TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF THE PRIZES.

3.2 WINNERS MUST COME IN PERSON TO CLAIM THEIR PRIZES. Prizes are non-transferrable to a third party or exchangeable for cash or other services. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered if the service is not redeemed. We do not allow 3rd party authorisation for prize redemption.

3.3 PRIZES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE FOR CASH OR OTHER SERVICES. PRIZES WILL BE ISSUED AND REGISTERED TO THE DESIGNATED WINNER ONLY.

4. OTHER CLAUSES

4.1 Strip reserves the right to change any terms and conditions of the contest without prior notice.

4.2 If you are a staff member of Strip, you will not be eligible to compete.
